Some say project management is like herding cats, it’s good to know, we love cats.

Update on our Project Rescue Service

I guess it’s a good question when people ask “what makes you qualified” to provide your Project Rescue Service over any one else. Well that is a good point – however you could ask that about any individual, or company providing any service.

What we do have is over 13 years experience with business startups with projects ranging from £5,000 to £15m – we’ve seen our fair share of failures, and our fair share of success – just because somebody has the worlds next big idea – doesn’t mean it will be a success. You have other things to contend with such as better funded competition putting the squeeze on you, u-turns in decision making and lack of control.

But – moving back onto the original subject – to give our “Project Rescue” service more weight – we’re going for Prince2 accreditation Jon Webb to become accredited as a Prince2 Practitioner.
